Best advice to new investors

All, If you are new to real estate investing, or have had some difficulties in getting started, I stronger recommend two things. One is to listen to the BiggerPockets podcasts, go back and search through the over 200 episodes that are on iTunes. You will find some are very very relative to the things that you are encountering or have questions on. Two, there is another podcast that I highly recommend.
