Hello All

I am very much interested in Multi family in Dallas Fortworth area. Could you please provide any recommendation for a realtor who specializes in DFW multi family?

Thanks!

Seetha

@Seetha G, it depends on how you define multifamily. For small properties (2-4 units) there is virtually no specialized realtors as they are considered residential. For 30+ units, there are various apartment brokers such as Marcus & Millichap, Greysteel, JLL, ARA Newmark, CBRE to name a few.

Anything between 5 and 30 units may go either way.
