There will still be some MF deals that go bad, as everyone has a bad deal, but I think we are going to see a lot more MF deals go bad than usual because of the lack of experience.Similar to 2006 when college kids were raising money to build condos in miami, we are seeing the same past few years where people with little experience were buying MF deals with no idea and were doing ok because at that time it was like shooting fish in a barrel.
