Hey! I'm Kamazja Redd but you guys can call me Kay. I'm an aspiring investor- most interested in acquiring multifamily properties but willing to start off small (sfp). Although I don't love the idea of wholesaling I'm willing to try it as a means of acquiring capital to invest in other opportunities.

I'm also a new resident of Florida- Charlotte County area. Any networking groups/events/opportunities, you guys recommend here in Florida?

What tips do you guys have for a new investor starting out?

Best way to utilize this platform?

Overcoming imposter syndrome? Etc.
