I am looking to get into the mobile home/RV park investing, am I in the right place?

Anyway each resident has an assigned street parking spot but perhaps I could rent the garage as a storage unit of sorts.  

I have a good friend that is from Midland Park, NJ.

It is so weird everything West of here parks seems to predominantly lot rental with a few park owned homes.

I have looked at similar properties in different towns, and this seems to be in the ball park, but it's not apples to apples.

The distinct odor of marijuana smoke was wafting from their apartment into the parking lot.  

The house doesn't matter so much because in a good area the value is in the land.Are you looking to just park money then buy A properties and forget them for a lot of years.

Especially around Rio de Los Angeles state park.

Never want to give away free rent in my head so my policy is still: 'make the payment or don't make the payment; just don't park your car with the oil leak in the driveway'
