Just want to ask if someone familiar with market trends at 90065. Especially around Rio de Los Angeles state park. Cypress park.
Looks like it will be In a demand next years but where to find prove for this.
Would you recommend to buy a 3 unit property. At 350. Sounds like a steal but I might be missing something.
