I have no doubt you will use this platform to your advantage! 

A tenant's bank won't give you money unless the tenant specifically authorizes it (and a bill/invoice won't cut it)I would look into electronic rent platforms like Cozy.co (or others).

Use this platform to get all the knowledge you need and go for it.

If you are into modern investing platforms I highly recommend the Invest Like a Boss Podcast (despite it's silly name).

With this platform I could spread $100 across 40+ investments and hopefully diversify a bit more.

I did when I first started but I haven't got them as of late.They pretty much want to keep your business and don't want you to accept money outside of their platform.
