And hey, the world is big and interesting.Anyway, here's what they (digital nomads)need and some of what they want: FAST WIFI above all, after that a little "zoom room" kind of space separate from the general living area is idealclean, simple look. lots of conveniently placed outletsgood places within walking/biking distancebike storage/laundry in unitdishwasherappliances should be and look new and the kitchen should be visually appealing but singles will order out more than they cooklow VOC paint and other quasi-green touches are nice things to add and put in an ad as a signal.

If it's truly abandoned, you will notice most/all clothing is gone, there's no high-value items like flat-screen TV or computer, all the food is gone or old, most kitchen items are missing, etc.

He means that some properties are not in financeable shape like there is no stove, the kitchens are ripped out, health & safety issues, mold, the bathroom is not operable, etc etc.203k is a rehab loan program for FHA that combines the rehab money and the 30 year fixed FHA loan component into one product.
