Fiverr and Upwork both have some outstanding individuals on there that will quickly give you a bid depending on the number of pages you are looking to build.

They are registered with the Oregon Sec Of state and the officers are the individuals that the website states and under their current name they have been around a little over a year.

I am very eager to start taking action and learning but live in a high cost of living market (Boston) currently and for several reasons (need to save more, move to lower cost of living place etc.) will not be able to start for at least 1.5 years.

AI is a great tool, but you should learn how to perform your own market analysis, especially if you're a licensed REA. 

I've seen a lot of our community members start out with third party, learn their systems, and then bring it in house when they own several hundred units.I would read the book Small Giants, by Bo Burlingham.
