Hello BP community! I'm Rachel from Charlotte NC. Excited to get started with real estate investing and network with likeminded people. I'm focusing on getting all the education I can right now, so feel free to share your #1 REI tip for newbies :)

Outside of real estate, I work full time (remotely) in EdTech and enjoy hiking, gardening, and kayaking. Excited to learn and connect with you all!

Welcome Rachel! I’m fairly new and do STRs out of state. My #1 tip would be to not over analyze things and just get going on a good deals. LTRs are hard to cash flow right now. What strategy are you looking to do?
