NYS's ERAP program has had everything they've needed to complete my tenants case and either accept or deny some kind of payment for over 7 months now.

YES or  NO and Initials Required at the bottom of the application before they sign and date it states the following TENANCY WILL BE DENIED if any information is misrepresented on this application.

Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I recently got denied a refinance loan on my property due to losing my job whilst this was in the process.

One does 30 year notes but they said too many loans out so they denied me when all my properties are rented. 

There is a highly likelihood your claim could be denied, if the property is not properly insured (leaving you with the financial responsibility and at risk for a possible lawsuit).

Wasn't easy since I was using a bank that didn't seem to have much experience and after 2.5 months of waiting they deny me the loan.

Many years ago, when I lived on Rue St-Denis in Montréal the units along the street face of our building were less in rent (5-10%) than those on the courtyard in the back.  

If the seller has the ability, even if not the desire, to make his monthly payments, without some impending imminent reason for default, the short sale would be denied.

The seller's agent said if I go FHA, the home has to be inspected by a specific inspector sent by FHA, and in that case, the first buyer was denied the home because it didn't pass the specific "FHA inspector" guidelines for a "203K rehab loan".
