Anyone lend on 30 year notes for SFH rentals?
Hi, I was curious if anyone lends on single family home rentals. I have some good resources but local banks only do 20 year notes. One does 30 year notes but they said too many loans out so they denied me when all my properties are rented. Looking for 15-20% down for a 30 year note.

@Nathan Frost - you should have no issue finding a mortgage with 30 year term with at least 15% down on investment property (assuming you can qualify on your personal income). Feel free to reach out if you'd like assistance.
