Many folks may need a place very soon or like now (pronto) not when the construction wraps up, so that could cause a pause.Plus, for many (unless they are HGTV fans or in the trades) they will simply see a construction zone and not a future home (even if you are almost done)....

I think my GC is a solid guy, but the project manager taking a 7.5% cut out of every draw caused my GC's numbers to be off.
