Need Help Making an Ugly House a Bit Nicer

So, what do you think?  A true beauty, I know.

The inside is getting better.  We're rehabbing.  What I want to do is increase 'curb appeal'.  A few options I'm considering:

1. Painting the brick

2. Pulling the shingles and replacing with siding or other

3. Stuccoing over the brick, and possibly the shingled area too (pulling shingles first, of course)

4. Landscaping (but not sure what to do with that yet

So, if you have ideas, I'm all ears.  Thanks a bundle!

PS - I don't have a huge amount of money to spend on this.  Let's pretend 10K or so.

@Lian L.

I agree, whitewash the brick.  Go with a darker shingle.  Trim the windows in white plastic/wood.  Swap out one or the other door and make them match.  Get fancy storm doors from Lowes that are full glass (white) to go in front of the matching doors.  White rain gutters.  Change up the lights to match in black and get rid of the wire running to the "garage".  Get unfluted white columns for the car ports.  Get rid of the Flintstone boulder landscape.  Replace the crazy looking bush and its dead friend with 5 dwarf nandinas and then a perennial flower that loves sun in front of them.  Brown mulch.

All that; probably 4K max.
