Looks like requests for public comments end today on regulators deciding whether private flood insurance can meet the mortgage requirement for flood insurance.

Specifically, the Texas markets look attractive.Anyway, I am excited to be a part of BP and welcome all comments or suggestions.

.#1 (best case scenario) Real people comment and I don't feel like an isolated newbie.#2 Create fake profiles and comment on my post making sure to overuse the words "witty, insightful and thought provoking".#3 Try again in 30 days with a better headline.#4 Delete the post and pretend it never happened.Mehran K.

I wanted to get comments from others on the gurus but everything that was said there is here and other websites for free so I'm glad I'm here

If you haven't already, you should really start investing some of your profits for retirement.I'm sure many here will take extreme exception with my comments but I can assure you well over 90% of the people here are not investors, they are small business owners and work in their small business each and every day.Oh, and as for a day job, I still have mine even though my investments have done very well over the last 30+ years.
