Hello BP,
I am a new member, trying to absorb all the information I can. I am thinking to get into real estate as a long term buy hold investor. For now this seems to match my current situation/investing goals the best. I am very excited about real estate, so from there who knows? Maybe as my knowledge grows I will branch into different niches of real estate. As a resident in an expensive market (so cal), my recent research focus has been out of state SFR. Specifically, the Texas markets look attractive.
Anyway, I am excited to be a part of BP and welcome all comments or suggestions.
