hello my name is Carla. I am a wannabe real estate investor in Columbus Ohio. I've just joined BiggerPockets and look forward to learning and someday soon, start investing. I would like to specialize in wholesale and rehab. I read everyday to build confidence and knowledge. To be honest I'm very nervous about it. I didn't learn how to swim until I was 30!! One bad incident had me petrified on learning to swim. I want to overcome this fear and get started. Thank you all in advance for letting me see into your world. (Smile)
