I have seen the power of RE investing.

Bedrooms are less important as fewer power-hungry items are used.

It uses AA batteries and I get about a year out of them give or take.ZWAVE radios take much less energy than WiFi and that is especially important with battery powered devices.

If Apartment A is a 2bed/1bath with washer/dryer and Apartment B is a 1bed/1bath with no washer/dryer, Apartment A should pay a higher rate.
