I am really hoping to network with like minded people in the industry.  

The best advise would be to educate yourself as much as possible and try to network (as you are here) with like minded individuals and most IMPORTANTLY take action.

So I always urge people to start with the end in mind and take a more passive approach.Do the math here… you with 300 dollars per property (2 months of work to buy a turnkey rental) you are going to need 20-40 of these to replace your income.

Obviously willing to pay for a meal or if you had something in mind that might need help with.

One other thing to keep in mind is that there’s a good chance it’s not the person, just someone that they’re paying hourly to do it.

I guess mind is simpler.
