Moved family to rv in the woods, first tenant moves in next month

We bought some rural land 4 years ago and have been spending more and more time there on the weekends.  Gutted and remodeled a camper and moved my small family of 4 there permanently a few months ago.  Partially rehabbed my city house and have a renter moving in next month.  We would like to be debt free with 6k in passive income by the time were 35 with early retirement as a goal.  I have a great job but Id rather mountainbike and hunt every day while my kids still like hanging out with us.  I've been listening to the podcasts and running practice numbers but would like to post the numbers and take suggestions and opinions on where to go from here with the rental.  I don't have facebook but you can find pics of the farmhouse camper remodel under Goosepaint in Instagram.  Thanks to Bigger Pockets for the help so far!

Its been therapeutic.  Kids are 4 and 2, so they wear themselves out daily playing in the woods.  Ive worked normal 40-55 hr schedule during the weeks but feel like im retired.  We have 10 acres in the middle of 2000 acres undeveloped, about 15 neighbors in a few sq miles. 2 mile gravel road to bike daily.  We will build a small house over the next few years, hopefully picking up a few more rentals asap.  Thats why im here! I am naturally debt averse but slowly realizing that scaling the rental bizz fast means getting out of comfort zone
