Seeking advice from anyone along 35 from SA to ATX

What’s up y’all, just trying to get some guidance or help from some local veterans. I honestly don’t know anyone personally that does REI so figured this would be the place to go. Obviously willing to pay for a meal or if you had something in mind that might need help with. Current situation is have one house I’m renting out at the moment.
