Hello everyone,

My name is Ryan and I am from Turlock, CA.  I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast for about six weeks and I am finally posting my intro!  I am really hoping to network with like minded people in the industry.  I have so many questions and I look forward to learning from everyone I can!
