I'm thinking of getting a box at ups store and having them mail it there. ups also will take rent payments in person and put them in my po box for me.

I plan to send letters out within the next month and I wanted to know if I would be able to handle the phone calls if I sent out 50 letters a week. I've heard people say to expect a call-back % of anywhere from 2-8%, ...

I am beginning a direct mail campaign and will target absentee owners both in state and out of state (non corporate or trust owned).

@Chris Thomas , you may have some luck with sending a letter via snail mail in hopes they set up a forwarding address.

Or start direct mail and internet marketing.

Have you tried any direct mail marketing, talking to wholesalers, networking events, checking public records for foreclosures, or even calling 'For Rent' signs and asking if they'd want to sell?

Lots of programs CRM programs that auto send emails and remind you of when to contact people.
