New guy checking in from Pittsburgh
Hello BP community. Real excited to be on this valuable platform! I've been an on-again, off-again (mostly off) landlord for about 25 years now so hopefully I'll be able to contribute based on that experience at some point, but I'm more interested in learning about the non-tenant/toilet areas of investing. Need someplace to put some cash, better than the miserable return rate that my so called high yield checking account is producing. I've already listened to about half of the podcasts, read tons of posts, and I'm looking forward to learning even more, and and hopefully contributing some too!
