Go and fix the problem, you may have to assess it from on site if you plan to fix it yourself it is impossible to tell the fix from this picture but it is something that needs to be fixed.

Anyway I look at this thing, barring something catastrophic happening, I can’t lose money on this deal.

Good news was we didn't lose any money when we sold those 2 either. 

There is still so much that I have to explore on this site, but I would like to say that so far the resources have been helpful, I especially liked the "Ultimate Guide …." book.I am interested in multifamily real estate investing and I look forward to connecting with others who are doing the same.
