New to the website but not new to the podcast or real eastate world. Currently have a commercial property working for me and am looking to make another deal. Found a 11 unit complex for $360,000. Rent income is $5,925/month so it should work as a buy and hold. Just looking for advice on financing options that would allow me to get into it without much out of pocket.
