The cons, typically you will pay both sides of closing costs, you are buying the property as-is so you have no recourse should you later discover unforeseen issues, wholesalers can mislead you with false information, a bad wholesaler will probably conduct a messy and confusing closing transaction and the wholesaler may have mismanaged the sellers expectations in which the blame or frustration could be aimed in your direction since you are the end buyer.Again it all goes back to the wholesaler and how they have managed the process from start to finish.

I am going to hold onto the W2 job in order to begin the journey, as I know it will be easier to secure a loan this way, plus I need to fund my life.Rather than continuing to go through analysis paralysis and give myself excuses to start tomorrow instead of today, I've bottled up the frustration to fuel a path to my goals.

We should be more concerned about losing events like outdoor retailer which was a regular event that we didn't have to build an almost useless light rail to support...Hey Blair,  I agree 100% about losing things like Outdoor Retailer, so frustrating that our local gov. would let them walk away.Why is the light rail in the Valley so under utilized, is it because traffic isn't bad enough yet for people to consider it as an option?
