I was on the 6 month payment plan last year when it launched and was smart to do that and only lost $500.

So i want lenders but the 20% dwon doesn't work for me it's to high i get 11% rate and 20% down but the down payment too much for me not work for me 20%.. so if you can help with this or you know someone you work with and you trust so pls let me know... ty have great day

In all, we were able to do a cash-out refinance after 1 year and got our entire investment, including down payment, back into our personal accounts and we still have a cash flowing property.The beauty of smaller town and communities is that often big-time investors are not looking at them as closely and they can cash flow quite well, at the sacrifice of "natural" appreciation.

It is discounted because the borrower has not been making their payments.

Hi, if I wanted rent payments ACH deposited like clockwork from tenants every month, what would I need ?  

Can he comfortably cover the payment is he gets a POS tenant? 

Can they do a 1031 exchange and use their funds towards the down payment of a property and have their daughter take out a loan alone for the remainder of the purchase price (since she has a higher credit score)?
