My brother-in-law has been a Realtor for around 2 years and sold / bought ~5 homes.

My brother-in-law and I are looking to go into business 50/50 on all costs and responsibilities of a single family home to rent out.

Since one has not been opened, yes you could pay to have one opened if the brother cooperates.

It was one of the misses my brother and I have experienced throughout our investment journey, and it really forced us to eat some humble pie.

My partner/brother has also thought about building a shop that he can use a portion for his own business and rent out the rest, so this could be an alternative way to take a smaller step towards a larger facility. 

NYU Theater does 6 shows a year, and she feels that would give her the learning and experience needed to land opportunity when she finishes.She's also very aware that $200K is a tremendous amount of debt, that she isn't looking forward too.Her older brother used the initial $25K we had for him along with scholarships to attend U of U, and also became a resident assistant.

An investor can get it done around 10-12K for the system, then you will have bulk heads around, so may be another 1000-1500 to finish those.It is more about who you know, My brother in law just got quoted for 28K :D)))
