An app with ambiguity is a big red flag.

But its a fun business and the Wine makers and vineyardist are quite close knit and take care of each other.My favorite area that has popped up in the last 25 years though is Eastern Washington  Walla Walla area  great Reds from that area.. 

Much of the area the goats once foraged has been destroyed and the property has a huge 100-yard red stripe painted across the center, a fire retardant called Phos-Check.

Otherwise they are pretty much identical.The big picture that I'd pass along here is this:  they really are Gala Apples to Red Lady Apples . . . they play in the exact same space and do the exact same functions (wait, that's not true, Zillow doesn't have maintenance request functionality!) 

@Joey Yip there are a lot of red flags here.

Now I am not saying, don't pay for masterminds and education opportunities because I have definitely done that but all I would suggest is to do your due diligence  and see if it is right for you.Another thing I notice from this pitch, is it is awfully confusing and doesn't make sense to me which is another red flag.
