Hi @Jeff B. ... with your background you've probably heard that a user can override the CSS style sheets in Firefox and probably in other browsers.https://ffeathers.wordpress.com/2013/03/10/how-to-override-css-stylesheets-in-firefox/If someone were wanting to constantly print from a particular website it might be worth the effort to set up their own user css sheet.

I suspect in many areas of the country with homes prices where they are at... most everything would be classified as C class... at least half of most cities. what I am thinking about is areas of Milwuakee and Detroit  were maybe not deemed C class but no way you could rebuild those beautiful early century craftsman in todays dollars for what you can buy them for today and tomorrow and probably forever more.

Coming form a W2 (9-5 job) background doesn't exactly lend itself to understanding this principal.I wanted to try and start this string to hear some peoples stories of growing form a W2 income based person to a business owner and what allowed that to happen.To kick it off, a little over 2 years ago my wife and I started pursuing RE aggressively and this pursuit is what lead us to where we are today.
