Hi! My name is Trevor and I recently joined BP to network as well as begin my education about real-estate. There's a ton of content to learn, it feels like one lifetime is not nearly enough time to learn it all. Before I continue, I would like to give some background about myself. I'm born and raised in Hawaii; currently enrolled in college. I'm currently employed, netting about $1600 of pocket income per month. I hope to eventually save enough cash to put a down payment on my first rental property (maybe flipping or wholesaling).
