I know that the commercial sites don't generally allow you to resell their data, but I generate my own data from public sources (eg: government web-sites).I use the data personally to assess the market, generate trends/leads, etc, but I was thinking the other day that other people might be interested in the data.Thanks!

My biggest fear I suppose is I have a very willing seller, have someone who can check out the property so I can assess the value, I make an offer and then...I'm stuck... away from the area, not able to get a signed A & B contract, list the property for buyers, and complete the B & C contract in timely fashion.

In hindsight here's the approach I would have gone with:You are allowed to purchase your own W/D or do a Rent To Own with a company like Aarons.There is a $10/mo water usage assessment and an additional $20 non-refundable cleaning charge.

If you have a large number of applicants and need to whittle down your interviews, you can put in an assessment or DiSC profile as a requirement for applicants to complete in order to move into interviews.
