Noob Needs Advice: Need help with my timeline

Hello All,

I am looking to house hack a duplex (I currently have no progress except looking at my local listing every day). My goal is to have it purchased and moved into the unit by the end of May.

So I'm curious when I should find a realtor by, get loans approved, etc. I know the obviously answer is ASAP, but currently a lot is going on in my life so a timeline/breakdown of sequential priorities would greatly benefit me as there is an overwhelming amount of information for a first time buyer.

Thank you!!

David

Find your realtor/lender now, it won't cost you any money and you will have some more clarity and be educated on what you are looking at
