Your brothers concerns of b and c will be the same concerns that all buyers will haveIf you are serious about this house you could submit an offer or make sure the buyers are serious about your price, and if so you should pay for an appraisal during your inspection period and make sure there are comps to support your valuation and to support an appraisal for your future buyers mortgage.

My renters up and signed a new lease elsewhere when I told them I needed to sell it by September 30, so I could actually re-rent it for March 1 at the higher rent.Depending on what the realtors come back with for a realistic sales price (and what we estimate to net from it), we may choose to hang onto it for a few more years and then do a 1031.

Wish I hadn't, he turned out to be a tenant who paid rent the first month, was late the second and third, and took off during the fourth month without paying any more rent.Also, had a young teen tenant who started sporting what looked like gang signs on his social media sites and in his bedroom, so we checked them out and they turned out not to been gang stuff, but rather related to a punk band.

Our current goal is to reach 30 by 2018.The big news this year is that I was laid off at the end of March enabling me to do what I’ve had a passion for – Real Estate Investing …full time.I also just received my RE license in GA just a few weeks ago and hope to leverage that both as an investor as well as another stream of cash flow.In addition to the buy and hold plans, I’m very interested in learning the note business.
