I would recommend both the podcasts and Free Beginners Guide if you haven't already gotten the chance.

You will just have to make up for it with one post that gets many votes because of it's usefulness and insightfulness.Although, I think some "door prize" type thing for the millionth post would be kind of cool; A guest spot on the podcast, A free copy of the BP Ultimate Beginner's Guide, A personal phone call from @Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner, etc.

I've read through the beginners guide on analyzing deals, however it would be really helpful if someone could send me theirs as a guide.

Not that there aren't lots of distressed properties, there are, but many of them are too far gone for a beginner to tackle and the ones that require only basic rehab are too close to ARV to make a decent profit in what I believe is a risky market (Greenfield, MA).
