Hi everyone!
My name is DiEdra (pronounced dee-ED-ra). I'm here in the suburbs of Chicago. Since I was a child, I've done something with real estate - starting with building houses out of shoe boxes, then drawing them (by hand) along with floor plans before entering high school. I got derailed (but not mentally) for 35+ years. A blessing in disguise came along in the form of battling a serious illness and bodily injury 10 years ago til today. It taught me that doing what I love will add to my happiness and satisfaction in life. I love real estate and IT'S TIME to do the thing! I'm beginning in wholesaling. I anticipate my joy as I face and kick yet another challenge in the rear!

As a wholesaler, at least to me, the key is a buyers list. You need to build a list of cash buyers and provide leads for them. Not the other way around as those gurus would have you believe.
