Hi everyone, my name is Jacob, I'm 19, from central Illinois, and well very interested in investing in real estate. I currently live on my own (renting), and have a great job for my age with a decent amount of disposable income. The plan i have been putting together is to partner with my father 50/50 and to rent out properties and possibly flip, not sure on the flipping however. The catch is neither of us know much about what we could be getting ourselves into other than i have been doing extensive research on other peoples stories and the basic tips of real estate. We are actively learning the market right now with pricing and such, but yet i still feel with all that Ive read and learned its still not even a drop in the bucket to what i would need to know in the real world so Ive come here eager to learn from the pros!
