Hi, I have little confusion on how the mortgage is taken care of on a wholesale deal at closing.

Right now, I am looking around on the MLS and wholesaler lists for my first deal.

Or partner up with an experienced wholesaler and split the deal.

craigslist is filled with tons of agent ads, overpriced owner properties and aspiring wholesalers trying to get you on their buyers list .It is also sprinkled with some overseas scams and an occasional deal might be found.

Does anyone have direct advice theyd be willing to share or could point me to any threads on here about evaluating raw land value as well as what to offer with the intent to wholesale.

I'd see if you could partner with a realtor to sell to an end buyer as a turnkey custom home you'd develop for them if you can't wholesale it.

Hi @Michelle Lancett I'm new to Wholesale in the DFW area too.

Last thing you want to do if your looking to get started and have no experience or limited funding is wholesale  my opinion of course.
