I am new, just lost my husband and need fast cash, I have been reading and buying RE books and courses but I can't seem  to start by myself, I want to work with someone who has experience and I can help them do something, I need some on the job training without getting any money. Is there such a person around, I would prefer a woman if possible.  Dianna
