He got a loan for a riding mower. 

Or ride it out and wait and see of they both can hold out for a year. 

I believe that if I can have 3 houses (5-12 units) by the time I go to college, I can spend the next 4 years in college using my GI Bill (military full-ride scholarship) and continue to grow my investment portfolio.

I self manage the one in Arizona but I feel that’s easier because we will be moving stateside and I’ll only be a $600 plane ride away as opposed to Guam which would be about $2700 if I ever needed to comeback.** the $473K is with closing cost and VA funding fee rolled into loan. 

I actually had to ride up to belton the other day and saw several houses that looked abandoned.

I noticed some ride right pass good deals..doesnt look like your normal vacant home..grass cut and everything. , but vines grown around, i have a very good eye.
