What's the best way to reinvest my 300,000 profit from my flip?

I'm selling my flip in Quincy, Ma. I've rehabbed the entire property myself and im getting ready to put it on the market. What's the best strategy to reinvest? I've heard payoff your next house, buy more units, Roth and 401k. What would you do with 300k?

How are going to defer capital gains tax?? That should be your biggest concern. A 1031 exchange into another property could solve that but you probably want to start the process now. 

You cannot 1031 a flip.
