Originally I was looking to start with Airbnb because the returns are so great, however held back on that because my area could get regulated and then I’m screwed because for the long term rental a single family home won’t cut it  so now mostly looking into multifamily   

How is it?Seems like great average daily rental cost and year round demand. Anyonev with personal experience?Any real estate agents work in Tybee Island that would be interested in chatting?

Now while 10k hours isn’t mathematically possible in a year, it’s the general premise of repetition, perfecting the scripts, and practicing the same “kick” or “punch” 1,000 times that I’m after.Two- I opened the LLC in Jan 2021.

(That is actually why wholesaling is getting more regulated...but we can save that conversation for a different day.)I did my first few deals with free advertising.

For regulation reasons you need to pick your county wisely.

RE investing is very localized so the more you can learn the rules and best practices in your area the better you will be!

I would recommend employing some of those best practices though.
