Airbnb question and how to move forward

I have multiple single family rentals all in the same area. I’d like to diversify my portfolio and add Airbnb’s as well. I have spent 8 months to a year learning about them and I wanted to know if new/future regulations will be a problem and if they are still lucrative options in today’s market.

I agree with most of what you said, but in my experience this one is different. The pandemic, and other factors, have introduced many travelers to the STR concept. We hear from a lot of guests, particularly older folks who have not used STRs before, that they will never stay in a hotel again.....

I know this is true for me. I used to default to a hotel when I travelled, just our of habit. Now that I know I can get a house/condo for about the same price, why would I ever stay in a hotel?

Just my opinion, but I think the STR phenomena is really still in it's infancy......
