As a senior associate at a "Big Dog" group, I recognize that the market dictates the margins.

Some organizations have special groups who meet based on their niches (i.e. apartment building owners, mobile homes, etc).

I looked at the sellers and they're this big group based in Dallas.

What meetup groups or social networks deliver the most helpful information for you?  

I would suggest searching it on the forums and visiting the Maryland Investors Network group on Facebook.

That was my first time sharing an opportunity to the group.
