I really want to get into RE and I was thinking starting off wholesaling but Losing motivationAnd now just thinking about getting my real estate license in Arizona. What are the pros and cons for both? If there’s anyone in the Arizona area that could give me any advice it would be greatly appreciated

@Bevla Reeves, respectfully disagree in regard to that last comment. As a senior associate at a "Big Dog" group, I recognize that the market dictates the margins. Meat on the bone is relative to the current market. There is no more glut of foreclosure properties, however we are producing plenty of opportunities in the SFR arena and delivering value to our investor clients.

@Donald Walker, While I may not agree with everything Bevla believes, I promise you that she is absolutely correct in calling out the connection between passion and motivation. Your drive to succeed will have a direct correlation to your doing something that you enjoy.

Obtaining a license is expensive and time consuming. Only go for it if you are certain this work is for you. Otherwise, you can connect with a "Big Dog" and expect them to do the heavy lifting if you stumble across a potential deal. Either way, wishing you the best on your ventures.
