Investing in South Florida Market

Barbara Ligonde
Posted

Hi everyone,

I'm so excited to be part of the BP family! I live in South Florida and have been wanting to enter the RE world for nearly 6 years now. I guess I just never knew how to get started and maybe did not try hard enough either. HGTV is my favorite channel of all time. I am ready soak up all the information that I can to become a successful investor.

South Florida seems to be an expensive market to invest in especially when you do not already have the capital as properties can be on the high end. If anyone have any tips on how to start investing in south Florida or even other states, I'd appreciate your input :)

I listened to the podcasts with Ashley Hamilton and  Felipe Mejia today and found them very inspiring. Can't wait to start doing amazing as well!

If you leave in the Broward area and are willing to share your experiences, tips, and advices, I'd love to learn from you guys!

Thanks,

Barbara
