So far, from what I have skimmed, sounds like going into a couple of cheaper properties, kind of a middle ground, would be better then BRRR-ing a $550k and better than getting into 10 properties at 10% down each.

What ever it is, Get your strategy working for you, before you get too desperate signing contracts you should not be signing.Hope this helps dude.My advise, step back, redo the numbers as if you do not desperately needed this deal and see if it still looks like a great deal.If so, stand your ground.. it is YOU that shouldn't be budging on your numbers, NOT THEM on theirs!
