Looking for a Partner!

Hello Everybody!

I am in the early stages of real estate investing, but I am working hard every day to reach my goals and prepare myself for the first property purchase. 

I am looking for a partner/team so we could work together, hold each other accountable for our goals and meet on a regular basis to keep track of our progress. 

I was in the mindset that I can do it by myself and honestly, I was doing a pretty good job in pushing and motivating myself, but as I kept adding more goals to my list I realized that having a partner would help me stay accountable to my objectives and make deal analysis more efficient and productive.

So if there is anyone out there who is pumped about real estate and wants to join forces, let me know!

I am mainly interested in house flipping, but eventually want to get into rental properties. I am focusing on the Cincinnati, OH area which is where I currently live. In August I will be moving to Texas for a short period of time (4 months) so I am planning on looking into some houses near Dallas as well.                    

I am looking for a partner who I can make a plan with and keep track of the progress and results, as well  as collaborate and assign responsibilities to better overcome any obstacles along the way.
