I have been reading the blog, forums, listening to the pod casts and basically taking in all the knowledge on the site I can for the last few months so I wanted to say hello from Pittsburgh.I have been investing in Real Estate for a while now and this is one of the best sources of knowledge I have ever stumbled across.Thanks Josh and Brandon for all the info!!!!

It consists of 3 buildings on a 43 acre site with four 1386 sq ft, 2 bed 1 bath units in each building.

Besides the wealth of information contained in all the articles, podcasts, and forum discussions, the number one value of a site like this seems to be networking and the ability to ask specific, time-sensitive questions to peers in the business.

There are a lot of super helpful people and great advice on this site!
